When purchasing Sap Business One from Singularity Software Solutions, Singularity provides the following services to ensure that the customer gets value for money:
Business Analysis
Once the customer has expressed interest in purchasing the product, a business needs analysis is done by one or more of our expert consultants. This ensures an accurate scope of work and the ability to provide a fixed price quote.
Turnkey solutions
A product or service which can be implemented or utilized with no additional work required by the buyer.
Once the Scope of Work has been signed off, a dedicated team of consultants will build the solutions on-site and interact with the users to create a workable solution, from company setup to the printing of invoices and statements.
Project Management
During the whole implementation a project manager will manage and monitor the implementation progress. The project manager will also liaise with the customer for updates and issues during the implementation.
4. Training 
Training
Included in the quote is end user training on the solution that was built for the customer. This facilitates a smooth transition from the bespoke system to SAP Business One.

The Continuous Enhancement Program consists of 3 areas:

The customer receives onsite support and training during the go-live period. This reduces the risk of being unproductive while employees gets to grip with new functionality.
Helpdesk
After the customer has gone live he will have the Singularity helpdesk to support the customer with any system related problems and user queries.
Post Go-Live Development
Once the customer is live on Sap Business One, they normally want enhancements and changes made, which is an ongoing process. The customer can then enter into a Service Level Agreement to procure these services at a discounted rate.
End-user training
Additional end-user training can be done as one-day courses that are given from time to time. The customer can also request specific training for new users.
